Target Audience

Sales for Life was engaged to provide a formalized approach to social selling learning development and training. In total, 50 sales professionals were trained belonging to the field sales team, inside sales team and sales development team (SDRs).

How Was Success Measured?

Program success was evaluated through Sales for Life’s measurement framework, grounded on the
Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, as the industry best-practice.

While much of social selling enablement is focused strictly on training, Sales for Life’s model
is built around knowledge transfer and application. This is ultimately tied to sales results and ROI.
It was through this approach that Sprint was able to correlate actual sales results through application of learning.

What’s Next?

The future for social selling is bright at Couchbase! By partnering with Sales for Life, there was a quantifiable lift in pipeline and revenue that was attributed to the formalized enablement approach of Sales for Life’s program.
